As COVID 19 continues to affect our city and our nation, in addition to our other new policies, our management team has created the following building policies which are being implemented, effectively immediately.

The Governor of the State of Illinois has issued a “Stay at Home” order effective at 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 21 to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This order will be in effect until Tuesday, April 7.
As you may know, local and state government took unprecedented action this afternoon when the Governor of Illinois announced a closure of all restaurants and bars to minimize community contacts in an effort to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
