Developer Crescent Heights recently sold off much of its Chicago stock, but its remaining Windy City project, NEMA Chicago, was too exciting to let go. This collection of luxury apartments in Downtown Chicago is housed in a 76-story glass tower designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, who took inspiration from the iconic Sears (now Willis) Tower’s “bundled tube” design to create a modern interpretation that feels at home looking out over Lake Michigan. Move-ins begin in spring, when residents will have the opportunity to enjoy Downtown and lake views and breezes on their recessed terraces as well as through floor-to-ceiling windows.
